My Vodafone smart prime, a few months old, has stopped finding WiFi automatically. I get home, it says our home WiFi is 'not in range'. To make it work I have to reboot each time - and when I do I lose everything on my home screen, have to telog in again to email, Facebook etc. I'm about ready to hurl it out the window. Any solutions before I smash it up in frustration?
I've rang twice over the past two and a bit months to switch to Vodafone for sky services, gave them my customer number, thinking I'm saving heaps by getting sky and sport for under $50.00 a month
Vodafone said all good, sky has heard nothing from Vodafone, still charging like a wounded bull, so what do I do now?
It's got to a point where I don't even want sky anymore, seen I won't pay skys rates believing I had signed up with Vodafone, they have reduced my service.
Sick of it all, I'm in my sixties, why should I have to put up with it?
Any suggestions please from anyone. I've been a loyal customer, started out with paradise, so it's been a few years, but personal service, never get it on the phone, and working twelve hour days, living rural, not like you can pop into a djip
Have to admit, it took Vodafone a couple years to remedy a really week WiFi signal, boy have we put up with crap service over the years, this sky businesses will most probably take three years to connect.
They must just worry about city folks needs rather than isolation and rural people needs.
Some days the broadband service is a big fat zilch, you just can't get an internet connection, Vodafone? Yeah right
We signed for a fibre and sky deal with you guys and have had it all set up. We signed up over the phone for unlimited fibre and are now being notified that we have used our 80gb allowance and will be charged for any extra usage. However we don't understand where this cap has come from as he contract we agreed to stipulated unlimited usage
Hello I apply Vodafone service 3rd of Apr for broadband and landline. Store staff told me we can do Adsm first then do fibre as fibre may take longer time.
9th apr, technician came saying, there are fibre line and we can do fibre directly
11th apr, receive email from Vodafone saying, broadband and landline are activated. But actually situation is still nothing happened
evening of 11apr, I call service center, sales team called Mohit told me that Vodafone cannot do Adsm in my address and only can do fibre. It will take within two weeks. I asked he send mail to confirm but he say cannot after consultant sales manager
then Mohit leave phone to sales manager but this manager hang up the phone.

Just after 11 pm tonight all video I tried to watch kept pausing get a few seconds then stop again. This happened on all sites I tried to watch video on.
Have signed up for standard broadband for almost a month. An email was sent to me saying it has been activated about two weeks ago and I'm still not getting any internet at home.
Have called technical support twice and still the issue has not been resolved.
My hg659 modem was working for one day then stopped working. The wan and internet light turned off too, my broadband data is still being used as i can see the usage stats online have been in use these past 3 days. I was told that it was a clear port mismatch and that a tech could fix the problem. He could not. Can somebody please help? My connection is naked vdsl. Multiple chorus technicians have come and nobody seems to know what to do. I have called vodafone again multiple times and they just say that the connection is sweet. I think my internet could have been switched to run to sonebody elses modem but im not sure
