That's very odd as Vodafone doesn't lock iPhones. When you say locked, your UK SIM won't work in it?

Hi Mike - I'm having to buy a new phone. Having looked on line this is an issue that can sometimes happen after travelling abroad. Sadly I tried speaking to Vodafone NZ and UK to try and sort but neither seemed to be able to help. Phone last worked in NZ with Vodafone NZ Sim and on returning to UK it won't accept any network - it says the phone is blocked although a paid search said the IMEI number is all unlocked and OK. I sadly given up - as it's been 8 weeks trying to sort. Thanks, Quin

Any update on this as I have just returned from a week in NZ using a Vodafone Travel Sim and now when I put my UK sim back in the phone I find that the phone has been blacklisted??
Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

Hi Keith & QuinQP
I am not sure why or how VFNZ would block a your devices. If you want to PM me your IMIE numbers I can check if VFNZ has for some reason put a lock on them, cheers Nick
