hello, I called last month about a stolen iPhone, and rang customer care to have the number barred as well as the Imei blocked. The travel insurance company is now requesting proof of the phone number and iMEi number being blocked. How do I go about doing that please? I am still out of the country, but am returning tomorrow. Had I known the insurance company would want that, I would have asked when I first called. The calls would have occurred on December 27th. The first one to bar the number. The second one to make sure he Imei was barred/blocked too.
