Check if 5.1 is turned on under settings. If it is, then turn it off, not supported yet.

Hi @Rooney, seeing as this is still an issue and not a one-off thing, it might be best to have a chat with tech support so they can check if your connection and hardware is all okay and log a fault if neccessary.

woo hoo thanks to Roy the ninja we have got the sound sorted......(i thought)after resetting the modem i had a down load speed 76mbps now its at 6.25mbps W.T.F ah well i had a couple of hours of joy
