I have so far sent 3 emails without reply about an issue with my stb after going onto a new plan,
I have tried asking on here.... no replies from anyone....I haven't got time to waste phoning and being put on hold anymore.
Sent a complaint using complaint form today, still waiting as all it does is reply in a generic form that they have recieved my complaint.
What is the point of having an email contact point in your customer service team when no one will take ownership of any issues...
Last time I had an issue it took around 7 follow up emails before anyone would discus it...... very poor service.. and you think you are improving.......
