I'm really sorry for the delayed response. Have you tried unplugging the HDMI cable and plugging it back in? Do you have any home theatre systems or anything plugged in between the decoder and the TV? If so, try plugging the decoder straight into the TV and see whether the sound is any better.

Hi @J9m ,
Please try this:
- on the VTV main menu natvigate to the settings menu
- then navigate to the audio / volume reset option and select reset.
This resets the volume output level of the VTV box and should resolve your issue. Let me know if this works or not or if you need more information to find the volume reset option.
