Hi - is the VTV remote able to control my TCL tv, ie turning it on and off when I turn on the VTV box.

Thanks for the speedy response, i did try these options, a bit confused as to which remote I have, options are Broadband or Standalone? I do not have Vodafone broadband if that is how you determine this?

as i said I have tried these, so If neither options work is there another option?

If neither option works, then the remote is unable to control your TV.
