So for the last week, my Vodafone tv recordings have been disappearing and re-appearing. Mostly it happens after I have watched a couple of recordings and then boom, all of the recordings are gone. BUT then they all come back again the next day. Only started happening a week ago, but now it is happening most evenings.
Anyone else having this fault?

It seems the solution provided most often by Vodafone on this community board for problems raised is simply pure silence......it has started happening to us too, along with the many times we lose all service altogether - internet/tv.....just a reflection of a quality product we were sold as being substantially superior in every way to the much loved old T-Boxes.

i feel your pain mate... just doesnt help hey....
i also have recordings on there that i cannot delete... and when i schedule recordings sometimes the series dissapears.. then i watch it on demand.. and it says im not subscribed to watch it... but i have the sports packages enabled... im mean really...

We are having the same problem. Even turning off at the wall and restarting doesn’t work. Very frustrating
