I too are having TV freezing ,been doing it the last few weeks and getting worse.Was working fine for my first 3 months. Vodafone is keeping very quiet on this problem. Hopefully they get it sorted shortly as very frustrating seeing them advertising it strongly every night.

Any one from Vodafone ever going to respond to all these TV freezing posts,is everyone on holiday.. Very poor customer service.

Ours has also starting freezing more often lately, I agree with everyone else that it’s just so frustrating and needs a fix ASAP.
This issue along with all the other issues that are supposedly getting fixed just never seem to happen , I haven’t seen any updates yet in the months that we’ve had it!

Well I would love to see an update.Looks like the last one was Dec 2017!!!!
Yes freezing and getting connection issue reports daily.
