I can not watch any subscribed channel using Vodafone tv app since last saturday. I tried wifi and my 4g data but it keeps saying
"Sorry we can't play this content at the moment. Please try again later (mv 1851 or mv1803)"
I tried with my wife's apple phone and it worked ok
Is there any issue with android or samsung phone?
This is so annoying and frustrating!!!

No issue playing back on Android / Samsung handset here.
Have you tried
- Restarting phone
- Logging in / out from the app
- Clearing app data / cache
- Reinstalling app

So reinstalling the VodafoneTV app did not fix it either?
I suggest you call and get a fault ticket logged them so team can investigate this.

Did you fix this?
My app just started giving mv1803 error on everything.
Used to work. Phone did update to Android 9 today. Have re installed app but still not working.

called vodafone they defaulted all the settings for me as well works now
