So I have the older Vodafone my sky boxes (2 of them). This means I need to use the Vodafone guide and recorder app.
ive noticed over the last few days, the TV guide is showing as not available at this time - see attached photo.
Can anyone advise if this is something that is being rectified currently?.

Looks like you are using iOS ?
What version are you running?

Thanks for you reply. I've just updated my iPad to iOS 13.4.- tried and it didn't work again. Also just did a reboot.
im still getting the same response per the screenshot.
let me know if there's anything else I can try
note - the app is still connected to the box as I can see the programs recorded in my planner, just the guide is not working

We're working with the app developer to see if this is an easy fix. The APP itself is no longer being updated and was removed from the Android Play Store some time ago. It is also being removed from the iOS APP store in the coming weeks.

its working as at this morning - so that's good news - thanks so much for your help here.
going forward, I assume that I'll not be able to use an app if this one stops working again?
the reason that I still keep the boxes I have is that I can use the sky go app on my devices. With the newer boxes, I can only use the newer Vodafone tv app but not sky go.

Yes, was fixed this morning. I just came here to post that.. haha.
The newer boxes have On Demand avaialble on both the STB and in the app, so I wouldnt say there is any loss there.
You can also watch Live TV on the mobile app when out and about.
