Hi

My Tablet wont play Vodafone TV app keeps coming up with error MT 1601 what does this mean?

Could be 1 of 2 reasons:
You do not have a valid subscription to view the content
Server issue.

  1. If you have a valid subscription to the channels package
  2. Check your device has an internet connection. 
  3. Try again later
  4. If problem persists call our Customer Care team
