We have Vodafone TV over FibreX.
We get picture freeze at frequent intervals, and loss of signal requiring a reboot of the Vodafone TV box quite often.
I believe FibreX is not as reliable as UFB and this may be the reason for our unsatisfactory service.
We have a UFB connection on our boundary and I was wondering if Vodafone are prepared to reconnect us from the FibreX to the UFB?
