Vodafone TV starts dropping frame rate and becomes jerky at around 6pm

Every night at around 6pm, TVNZ starts reducing in frame rate and starts becoming jerky. We've reset Voda TV and modems but no improvement. Going up a channel and back down works for a few seconds but it then starts again. On Voda HFC and for download speeds of around 300mb/s with no dropped packets on a test. Pleas help.

Yes i am having similar issues and not just when the news is on, happens in the morning as well. I have checked internet speeds and they seem fine. I can be watching a program and then video freeze's and the audio keeps going. Video comes back after about 10seconds but is stuttery and i have to change channels to get back a good image and sometimes it will pack up again. Not great and getting a bit over it to be honest.

Same here! Except for us it happens every few hours. Changing the channel and back offers just a temporary solution. We are starting to get fed up with it..

I'm on the HFC1000 plan.

I visited this site to report the same problem. Very frustrating having to flick up and down channels every half hour or so to restart the stream. Please sort it out Vodafone!!!!!

Yes, similar issues for me as well, which started a couple of weeks ago.  Not just on TVNZ, but also Sky channels.  We're on fibre, with no other internet connection issues.

Same problems here, several times a day.  Really poor service.
