The issue is there for me as well. We tend to get to around 7pm and the box just stops outputting a picture. Interestingly if you restart the box and rewind to see what you missed, the same issue happens (is this an issue with the source content?).
Highly annoying and I think I'll be taking mine back to Noel Leemings unless Vodafone can't come up with a solution fast. I'll also be telling all and sundry what a lousy experience the VTV has been, it most certainly does not live up to the hype. Maybe they spent all their money on the marketing and TV ads instead of making sure the product was fit for purpose?
Edit: Does anyone from Vodafone even read these posts? I haven't seen a single Vodafone representative reply for a decent chunk of time....

So emailed Jason Paris re a number of issues and asked:
It would be good to get some sort of update or even acknowledgement from Vodafone into the issue of TV freezing momentarily and then restarting. Has been going on for a few months now.
You have this forum available yet little input from Vodafone. Overall a great product (TV) but could be better. Issues such as freezing/rewind not working consistently/programme length cuts out when watching on delay
His reply today:

I emailed most of these comments to Customer Service and they have decided to send me a new Voda TV box. Will see if that makes any difference.

After seeing this problem quite regularly for a few weeks, I now haven't noticed it at all for about a week or so.

This is still occurring several times a day, it really is terrible service affecting alot of customers. Come on Vodafone, get your techs working on this. I came over from a Telstraclear T-box a few months ago to the Vodafone TV Box, and so far its been a giant step backwards in reliability. Not really happy.
