I wonder if you can help us. We are losing the end of SevenSharp (TV1) consistently every night. We have the 5 minute buffer set too. Following SevenSharp we have 1 programme series recorded on (TV3) to start recording at 730pm, with 5 minute buffer, meaning it starts recording at 725pm. We also have Campbell Live (TV3) recording from 700pm to 730pm with the 5 minute buffer too of course.
What advice do you have please so that we can view the last few minutes of SevenSharp?

Hi all, does anyone know if the upgrade should of effected captioning?
We just got a couple of tweets from @Bubsthemonkey and Im not sure of the answer.

There has been no change to captioning in the recent software release.
TV1, TV2 and TV3 are sourced off Freeview. So if Freeview are having captioning issues then it will also be seen on Vodafone TV.

This is confirmed as a fault at TV3 / Freeview, where this is sourced. Captions are also not being seen on a Freeview Capable TV. Until TV3 and/or Freeview resolve their issue this will continue. Vodafone has no control over external providers.
TV3 has been made aware of their issue.

Wow, great to have been sent the link to this from a support staff member.
It honestly does not come up in the Google Play Store unless search terms are very very specific.
Have been looking for weeks for a way to remote record.

My box is still waiting to update. I have power cycled (pulled the plug, waited, replugged) a couple of times since this update was announced but still nothing. How do I get the box to update?
