Hi, Since the update to the TV home screen, my TV quality has dropped =.
Under the Setting > Self diagnosis its says I am experiencing low picture quality... and goes on about brand width etc.
I'm the only one using the vodefone TV, and did a speed test on my connection, which was excellent.
So why is the picture quality rubbish?
My box is on cable 'fibre-x' which has been great until now.
@15833364 Is the unit connected to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi?
If Wi-Fi then try over Ethernet
