Yes, its the one that came with the TV box from Vodafone.

But just resetting the extender doesn't re-establish the VTV connection. I have to power down/up both of them.

Can you please private nessage me with the MAC address on your cable modem and serial number on the bottom of your set top box/Household ID listed under menu/settings/more settings/information

Thanks Grant. It seems to have stablised with the new booster. Old one must have developed a problem of some sort. It has been operating now for 3 days without dropping out.

Are you getting the error when finishing watching a programme, or changing channel? I'm getting a similar error:
"Your Vodafone TV cannot play this content as the connection was lost"
This has been happening with more frequency since the lockdown. As you observer, there are no other signs of internet connectivity issues - if you go to Netflix on the VFTV for example, it'll stream content just fine...
