 Hi I have the new Vodafone TV but get error SA0005 call Customer Service, isn't this any esay fix to activate it?

Apologies for the delay in replying.

 

Error code SA0005

  • Error validating getConfig response or  mandatory configuration parameters are missing
  • Set Top Box is not provisioned
  • You may have pressed the reset button on the rear of the STB
  1. Turn the Vodafone TV box power off and on again at the wall socket
  2. If the issue continues, call us on 0800 346 751
