We've had Vodafone TV for almost six months and like many others havent enjoyed uniterrupted service. Every night, several times the TV goes blank, or drops service, for different reasons. Could be no wifi connection, not logged in, service disconnected or several other reasons. Or, the screen could just freeze or go blank. Getting exceedingly frustrating and not the service we would expect. Really enjoy what is offered, but could really do without the constant interruptons.
I have the same issue, have had Vodafone TV for around 12 months and have Vodafone fibre. Every 10 minutes it says "No Network Connection- It looks like you are offline. Please check your internet connection and try again".
We are connected via wifi, have hard restarted the box, and have checked internet connection on other devices which all work fine as well as resetting the modem. Has been occurring for about a week on and off. Is there an issue with the box that means it needs to be returned?
