There is an issue for standalone Vodafone TV customers currently.
Something to do with an update causing standalone boxes to not connect to the internet for those who are with providers other than Vodafone 😫

Having to go old school while this is being sorted using an aerial on the roof and use a clumbsy interface on my LG smart TV Smiley Sad  Omg what are we, cave men. Not sure how this will be resolved if it is an firmware update problem as we won't be able to connect to download a fix as the box can't connect to recieve it :-( Hopefully it's just a backend networking issue and the box one day will just burst back into life!

Please do not post misinformation.  There is a problem affecting Orcon/Slingshot customers currently.

This is under investigation.

@grantt then perhaps the call center needs to be told to correct their information I’m simply relaying what i was told. I’m a spark customer and it was affecting me aswell which has now corrected itself
