Vodafone TV can't connect to internet

Over the last few weeks we were seeing momentary pauses on the streaming TV services mostly TV1 (just what we happen to be watching) today it is now saying it can't connect to internet. I can connect to everything else in the house and have reset the router anyways. Both wired and wifi connections can't connect. Obviously I've tried the power off for a few minutes, etc. When I tried going to advanced settings after trying a wifi connect it lets me enter IP, Mask, Gateway and DNS after hitting enter I noticed a brief message (1-2 seconfs) I think I saw something about not being able to save the settings. Hardware version NZ - 512 about six months old.

 

Used the same cable direct to the wifi router on the laptop (turning off wifi) and speedtest has normal ~100Mps up and 20Mps with 5ms ping times. Netflix is working on PS4 so I don't think there is any actual network issues as such. Can go throught the menus and have tried a factory reset from the menu, still no luck.

 

Feels like something dead in either hardware or a coruption in the firmware. Is there a deeper level power on reset I can do or any other suggestions?

We are aware of this issue impacting some customers with VTV on Orcon ISP. This issue is under investigation between VF and Orcon currently.

Same issue here since this mornng. With Slingshot in New Plymouth. No ssues with Internet on all other devices.

I am also not able to connect and I am with Slingshot. Mine is not able to connect via WIFI or Ethernet cable.

How do we rectify this?
