I currently sign in to customer zone with my account number. To use the new Vodafone TV app you cannot use your account number and require a login ID. I have tried to set this up in customer zone but I get an error message telling me to call 0508 735 373. I did that and after being passed around from pillar to post in the Phillipines for 1/2 an hour I'm still no nearer to finding a solution. Hopefully somebody on here can help.

I've got the same Issue, and have just got off the phone from a "Ninja" who has stated that this is a known issue that has been escalated to the CustomerZone Technical team, but that there is no SLA.
As this is preventing affected users from experiencing the full features of the Vodafone TV (I cannot use the Vodafone TV app until this is fixed, as i need to create my "personalised Login ID" to sign in) I'm interested to know if this will be escalated in priority or if its being actively worked on.
If not, odo i need to call the retention team to switch from fibre-x to fibre which is available at our address?
