Hi there, I am setting up Vodafone TV and cant get past the below screen. I have tried resetting/unplugging everything and keep getting stuck here. I should be able to click continue, but it doesnt let me. Can anybody help please???

Is this an on account Vodafone TV (Has an Optical Out Port on the back) or a Gen2 unit you purchased?
What is the 'support view' icon on the screen?
Is the STB connected direct to your router via ethernet, or is it going via an intermediatry device (like an ethernet switch)
