For 4 weeks now I have has a VTV gen 2 box that only worked the first day Have been through all the tech, software, tricks and fixes with the Vodafone staff to be told to replace the box in the end. Noel Leeming refused to replace or refund, was then told to visit a Vodafone store and just swap it for a new one. It was all sorted only to go to a store and be told they wont replace it!
Ive paid for a box and tv subscriptions I cant use, i cant even give the box bak thats how bad the service and product is.
