I have now reconfigured my VTV setup, removing the Extender near the modem and connecting the extender next to the TV directly to the modem. VTV is back up and working.
I will give a couple of days and see how it goes.

Still looks like I have the connection problem. The last 2 days I have turned on VTV in the evening to find the connection has dropped. The extender still shows green lights but VTV says '....connecting to internet' but never does.
Restarting extender and VTV box will eventually get it working again.
Any other ideas?

Yesb I'm still having problems. i have found that disconnecting the VTV and the reconnecting it seems to fix the issue, but shouldnt be doing that every day.

Thanks for organising a Vodafone wifi booster. I am pleased to say that replacing the extender with a booster has done the trick. Now whenever I start up the VTV box it connects without issue.
Can you pass on my thanks to the other Vodafone staff member that sent out the booster.
Great Vodafone service.
