Have purchased a new vodafone tv box and all set up & working (not via vodafone) and have downloaded the vodafone tv app. However the app will not sign in.....surely this cannot be due to not acquiring via vodafone?
Anyone else come across this issue?

If you buy this product from Vodafone stores on Vodafone online the mobiles still won’t work yet. They only work on the existing Vodafone broadband/VTV product. I could go into why but it is technical and not very interesting....
