VODAFONE TV CONNECTION

Hi Since I reset my Vodafone TV box to get the latest Neon app, my connection keeps on cutting out and says "Your Vodafone connecting to the internet" and also while watching tv and this most the time takes up to half an hour or more to connect. I have also turned off, pulled out cables and unplugged modems, tv box, etc. I have a fiber connection with Vodafone. So, why is this happening and how can I stop it from happening?
