Installed Vodafone TV yesterday and we ARE UNABLE TO RECORD or set series links!!. This is very annoying as we watch series and record movies we are unable to watch at the time. This seems to be an issue Vodafone has had for ages and reading other posts, so many people have the same problem.
Please advise how we can record details from SKY TV as we are paying our subscription. Irritated new Vodafone TV user

Can you please private message me with your account number and set top box serial number (serial number is listed underneath the STB) and I will investigate.
