The Vodafone processes and user interfaces are a muddled mess. There is no unified user account where a customer can manage his or her account. I now have Vodafone TV but it does not state what user account to use for the TV app. Plus I am guided to all sorts of misguiding online sites. I get very frustrated with Vodafone unclear mess
