I have recently set up a VTV Gen 2, nice and easy thank you.
Downloaded Vodafone TV from Android Playstore and used same login email address and password that I have to log into vtv.nz.
I get the error message
"Sorry, there was a error with your username or password. Please check your details and try again (MA103)"
I am only a prepaid Vodafone customer and use the same email account to log into My Vodafone with a different password, as vtv didn't accept those credentials when I activated my VTV and I had to register again, but was able to use the same email address. (no problem with this, just provided for context).
Also tried the same on an iPhone, same result, confirmed the credentials were correct by logging into vtv.nz successfully.
I would prefer not to reset password.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Devices are connected to Wi-Fi (same as VTV) or Vodafone Mobile Data.
