Just lost all connection to Vod TV..internets fine.
I can play old series on THREE but the menu and channels selection is dead...
Anyone else with this problem?

Ours has done the same, and dropping on and off with all manner of error messages, and it also has taken down our internet connection.
Did it at midnight too last night, lasted until 3.30am, then crashed again at 5am.
Sunday night it lost all services at 8.25pm for a period as well.
We are finding this is happening often, some times for extended periods.
We contacted Vodafone, they claim this is not an issue, that it doesn't exist and if it does, we are the only people to have had the issue, and no-one else has complained. I am very curious if that is true or not, and whether others do have the issue too....and what it is....#@$@#$ annoying to say the least.

I'm in Kapiti and whilst I can see others having issues I am assured it is just me.....of course, when I get through after 30 mins on hold the services are up so they say oh we see no problem....I hang up, change channel and boom, no service again UG

I see another five currently having the issue in our local FB page group so I just don't understand why I keep getting told there is no issue, it is just me....

I give up - am hanging up my phone after being on hold for 30 mins - I guess they have a big problem so could be hours waiting. Am going to watch netflix instead.
