What is up with Vodafone's Customer Service?
I am still awaiting a return telephone call from Ali in Retention.
Several days ago, he made me an offer to sign up with Sky as a replacement for a now defunct Telstra Clear service.
Sky Sales say that they cannot match his offer.
Would someone please either call me or have the decency to reply to me via email.
I should have added, that every phone call I made to VF Help/Service Desk, resulted in long delays, repeated details given, promises to get Ali to call back, or calls disconnected.
As always, I was told at the start of each phone call, that my conversation was being recorded.
Surely there must be a Supervisor somewhere in New Zealand who can check my account, see the comments that have been entered by VF staff and be able to contact me. No??
