Someone from Vodafone - READ THIS & REPLY WITH A SOLUTION.....

For the past month or so all recorded shows go missing and all booked to record go missing when the Vodafone TV box is turned on.

If I turn off & reboot sometimes they come back - sometimes they don't..

THIS IS FRIGGIN ANNOYING! LOOK INTO THIS & FIND A SOLUTION.

 

From reading the forum this is a common problem with many many people.

It started happening about a month ago - a dozen or so people have complained - and nothing has been done & no one from Vodafone has even replied that they are looking into it...

 

Someone from Vodafone Tech please reply & ackowledge this problem & that you are looking for a solution

Hi @RobWylie 

 

This issue has taken some time to triage, but the cause has been found and traced back to an external partner.  A fix is already prepared and plans are in place to implement this early next week.  I will post here once that has been implemented.

This fix was implemented last night, with the issue not seen.  We are monitoring it over the coming nights to ensure this issue does not re-appear.
