So Sky is currently offering free movies to sports subscribers due to all the live sport been cancelled etc.
When is the deal going to be shared with Vodafone customers who get their Sky Tv from them?
If not, why should we continue to get Sky through Vodafone, what is the perceived benefit of not cancelling and just going through Sky direct??
As an aside - why are you promoting people to use your online help robot (on the phone and on your website) when all he says is he can't answer questions due to the current situation?? Another example of what has traditionally always been terrible customer service??
