On your website it advertises that we can get access to the same services and retail prices for Sky TV but when I ring your call centre I’m told you don’t offer the new Sky starter pack. I also don’t have access to Soho though we should under the new Sky offerings.
What’s going on here? False advertising?
The lack of any official update from Vodafone and only vague answers from your call centre is disappointing but sadly not unexpected.
How do your customers get any real answers in a timely fashion or should we just give up and cancel our account?
