I totally agree. Two of the programs I always watch (recorded on my SKY box) last night told me they could not be recorded. I can watch them "on demand" on my computer, but we should not have to go to this sort of trouble to do so. And it is just plain luck that those two programs are on channels that have on demand services available. As it was, last night I watched instead a film on Netflix as I just happen to have a subscription to that much cheaper service!!
Please let us know what Vodafone's reaction is if you ask to revert to SKY. I haven't yet raised it with them, but am seriously thinking of doing so.
