We are trying to watch TVondemand on the tv via our Vodafone tv box, and we keep getting the message "Playback Failure! Please try again later". TVondemand is working fine on my laptop, but not the Vodafone. I have been trrying for ages and hae turned everything off at the wall etc. Any suggestions?

I have been having the same issue over the last 24 hours. I contacted TVNZ via their helpdesk yesterday but heard nothing, and now it looks like a Vodafone issue rather than a TVNZ one,
Vodafone can you provide any info on this?

This issue has been raised internally with TVNZ.
