New neon app

When will we get the new neon (joined with lightbox) app on vodafone tv?

It's already there.

 

If you cannot see the new NEON app on your Vodafone TV Box, you may need to do a soft reset:

 

- Go to the Menu on your Vodafone TV Box

- Navigate to Settings

- Navigate to Reset

- Enter your PIN (If you have not set one enter 0000)

- If you see two options "Ethernet" or "Advanced" select "Ethernet"

The old app is still showing saying we need to download the new app.
If i do a soft reset will i lose our recordings?

Your recordings will not be deleted.

Hi,
I have tried this as well as unplugging the Vodafone tv box. I continue to get a “software update failed” response.
Am at a complete loss as to what to try next.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I struggled with this for a long time - but have just successfully updated to the new Neon app.

 

I kept getting "update failed", so I plugged the box into the ethernet cable and it updated successfully, but then I still had to do a reset, and voila!  The new Neon app FINALLY appeared.  Good luck!
