It's already there.
If you cannot see the new NEON app on your Vodafone TV Box, you may need to do a soft reset:
- Go to the Menu on your Vodafone TV Box
- Navigate to Settings
- Navigate to Reset
- Enter your PIN (If you have not set one enter 0000)
- If you see two options "Ethernet" or "Advanced" select "Ethernet"

Your recordings will not be deleted.

I struggled with this for a long time - but have just successfully updated to the new Neon app.
I kept getting "update failed", so I plugged the box into the ethernet cable and it updated successfully, but then I still had to do a reset, and voila! The new Neon app FINALLY appeared. Good luck!
