Just got Vodafone TV set up but cannot connect Netflix. We select Netflix but it just has the above error. We have purchased Vodafone TV as a standalone unit (broadband is with 2degrees). Other problem is now the home WIFI is slow or drops off randomly....has been fine until installing VTV.

Please power cycle your STB and try Netflix now. This issue should be resolved.

Thanks we did try that a couple of times - but must have only worked after you suggested it. Thank you! (Bummer though we're still have speed issues/drop offs, so will have to contact 2degrees)

See reply below - someone has suggested resetting the set top box - which worked.
