We are still on the old Telstraclear TV - and the remote on/off button has worn out.  I have cleaned the contacts etc, but I think it's end of life.

My question is, how to I arrange a simple thing as a replacement Remote without sitting on the phone waiting for hours?

There is no contact email addresses anywhere.

The poor old remote has had a good long life.
We do not hold stock any longer for T-Box due to its age.
It would be best to call and ask to be put through to sales regarding an upgrade to new Vodafone TV.

That's a real shame, I really don't want the replacement system - looked it it a year ago but with all the issues and not being able to record some channels decided we didn't it.

A lot of the issues are fixed now, Yeah you can't record some shows, but most you can. And being able to catch up on shows you didn't record (by going backwards in the guide) is awesome.
