Hi i switched to the new Vodafone tv service back in February but are still being charged for the old Vodafone broadand plan and after numerous phone calls and email it still has not been resolved. Come on Vodafone this is not good enough!

Just don't pay that portion of the bill. I am sure that will prompt them to chase you - and then you have someone to talk to!!!!
