Issues with Vodafone TV

I have a good fibre internet connection and working (and fully tested) cables but my Vodafone TV Legacy Box isn't displaying any content. I have rebooted and three finger reset the device without success. The error message after the reset is "Network Experiencing problems/Decoder Link Down" or "Subscription Unavailable" but the TV Guide is correct and displaying correctly but no picture is available. Any help would be great thanks.
