AFter the alert for the nation wide lockdown lastnight our internet went down. As did much of the country. However, upon the return to the service (Thank you for that). Our Vodafone TV showed that there still was no internet connection. Tried all troubleshooting soulutions. Turning both modem and box off and resetting. However, this did not fix the soulution.
This is soo frustrating as we are continuing to get problems with this. I am about to let this service go as we cannot get any help.
I understand the lockdown, but if the service cannot be provided, then wont be paying for it.
