Incorrect billing

Long story short....my older digital box from vodofone was faulty, since they dont replace or repair, I was advised to change to vodafone TV..contract sent by email that the price for unlimite, landline, starter & entertainment package would be $132.99 a month...great I thought...talked to an online rep via Facebook..double checked that this was the montly cost, was confirmed by rep yes..$132.99 was the montly price...so went ahead...new hub sent out..vodafone TV box..all hooked up and BOOM...received my 2nd bill which is a full monthly bill for $197.00 odd dollar, was in credit about 28 bux so bill was 167.00...scrolled through acct..which basically says bugger all and what is what...and find my monthly plan is $170.00 odd dollars...THIS IS NOT WHAT MY CONTRACT SAYS ...NOR WHAT I AGREED TOO..i have it all in black in white too VODAa.pngVODA.png
