Desperately need help with new account. Signed up with Vodaone - I get the terms and conditions and all the info - but it all comes via no reply emails? How can I contact (without the pain of a phone call)

Basically I decided to resign with vodafone for our home phone and boradband/sky after a talk with a helpful guy on Friday. He gave me a propsal and the figures for our new contract. I was then emailed the contract and terms and conditions but the contract does not reflect what was discussed at all. Most annoyingly though is that you get these emails and the option to cancel from no-reply addresses? Just crazy - how can you confirm/fine tune if Vodafone stops communciation
