Hi,
I've registered my smartphone in the Customer Zone, installed the Vodafone TV app on it and have tried to play one of the Bein Sport channels via the app and received the message: "Playback Unavailable: To watch this programme, connect your mobile device to the same WiFi network as your Set Top Box at home."
If I can only watch this content on my phone when I'm at home, where my set top box is, this seems to defeat the whole purpose of having a Vodafone app available for use on a MOBILE phone.
When are you going to fix this?
