Frustrating Service again

For the second time I’m rung by Vodafone offered a great deal $50 a month less than what I pay now, new tv box. Do I want to go ahead?

After last time where we were offered the Vodafone tv box and sky from a sales team call then told a week later oh no you don’t qualify. I ask the sales guy who rung me today, are you sure I can get this great deal??? He double checks and says oh no sorry man you can’t have. And hangs up on me...

Get it together Vodafone don’t ring me offering $50 cheaper wonder deal that you can’t provide. Yet again your team offers something and if I didn’t ask are you sure, I would yet again be disappointed that I can’t get the tv box deal and save some money.
