Freezing

Is anybody else’s VTV box freezing every 5 mins or so?. It freezes for a few seconds some times longer before skipping ahead.
I noticed the two boxes I have are getting quite warm. This maybe partly due to the heat of late as it’s only been happening more frequently for the past few weeks.

Is this new Vodafone TV or the old 'T-Box' ?  If new Vodafone TV, how are they connected (wifi/wifi extender/ethernet)?

New Vodafone TV. Tje two boxes are connected via ethernet cable.

Just cause they are new does not mean they are the latest Gen2 units

I did not say that I had the gen 2 units. I have the gen 1 units and have had since launch. Have always had the odd issue, but its rediculous atm.
