Hi all,
Last week we saw some freezing which got worse since the weekend. As a result we have accelerated some planned work which was completed last night. Everything looks stable and we will continue to monitor over the coming days. Fingers crossed this issue is resolved now.

Just a reminder when doing the match stick modem reset to turn off the VTV set box (button on the side of VTVset box) let the modem fully reset, then turn the VTV top set box back on, and you should be good to go or until the freezing event repeats again :-)
